This page is a collection place for quotes. The quotes come from all different sources (books, messages, bumper stickers, other web sites, etc.), where I have those sources I will reference them. Some are serious, others not so much. I've been collecting these for over ten years (but not all on Blogspot). The very first entry is an accumulation of the first ten years.

From Godward Life by John Piper
We are halfhearted creatures, fooling about with drink and sex and ambition when infinite joy is offered us, like an ignorant child who wants to go on making mud pies in a slum because he cannot imagine what is meant by the offer of a holiday at the sea. We are far too easily pleased. — C.S. Lewis
